rolling or roll-your-own tobacco (representing 99% of fine-cut tobacco consumption in the Netherlands)

pipe tobacco, and

chewing tobacco

Fine-cut tobacco distinguishes itself from other tobacco products by its long strands, relative high water content, and the fact that consumers themselves define the end-product.
